No dojo can read another dojo's records. A coach from outside your dojo reaches your athletes only when KarateShowCase has given that coach access, and that access reaches nothing else.
Run the dojo
Set the week once. Then just teach it.
Name the classes you teach and the nights you teach them, and the term fills itself in. Mark the register from the mat or the front desk. Use an iPad or tablet you already own as a simple self check-in kiosk—no special hardware required.
- One entry per class, not per night. Moving a class next term is one edit, not ninety — the schedule is a rule, not a pile of dates.
- The register earns its keep. Every mark counts toward the belt the student is working for, which is why only the people who can award that rank can write it.
- The register is the record a grading stands on. "30 of 120 qualifying classes" reads right on the student's own card.
Bring a family in without chasing them.
Invite by name and they are in — no queue, no approval step, nothing for anyone to chase. Their household, their children and everything they have to sign are in one place from the first day.
- Invite by name. The link lands in their inbox and they are in.
- Waivers and consents, signed online. Assigned to the family, signed on a phone, and you can see who has and who has not.
- Online payments, straight to your dojo. Tuition and one-time fees are paid by card into your dojo's own Stripe account — and KarateShowCase takes no percentage of what your families pay you.

- The next belt, counted down. Current rank, next rank, the date of the test — and underneath, every requirement your dojo wrote for it.
- Classes count toward it. The register a coach takes is the record the grading stands on — “30 of 120 qualifying classes” reads right on the card.
- “Are you competing?” is one tap. Going, maybe or not going — answered on the event, counted for the coach.
Keep families connected
Say it once, and every family sees the same thing.
A tournament carries its date, its city, the sanctioning body, the registration deadline counting down, the hotel the team is staying in and the coach's note about what to bring.
- "Who is coming?" is a glance. Answers are collected on the event itself, not in a group chat at eleven at night.
- Travel lives with the tournament. The hotel, the check-in date and the booking link sit beside the event they belong to.
- Yesterday's news disappears. Once a date has passed the event moves itself out of the way.
Coach the performance
Mark the second. The note stays there.
The dojo adds a match to the athlete's profile, where the athlete, their family and their coaches review it. A coach marks the exact second that matters and writes the note right there; opening it takes the video back to that moment.
- The athlete answers underneath it. Coaching is a conversation on the record, not a comment shouted across a car park.
- Only the people it concerns are told. The athlete and their family — never the whole dojo.
- A work queue that builds itself. Matches with no coaching voice yet, and threads where an athlete answered last, derived from the records.

Ages, times, what to wear, where to park, when the next grading is. Your dojo's AI Sensei answers from your dojo's own schedule, your own events and the answers you have approved — at nine at night, while you are teaching, and at the weekend.
- Grounded in what you approve. It reads your timetable, your events, the handbook you upload, the pages you point it at and the answers your administrators sign off — and it cannot see another dojo's anything.
- It says when it does not know. When it cannot ground an answer in what you have given it, it tells the visitor so and points them to the ways to reach you on your page.
- And it can look like your Sensei. Every dojo sets its own character, name and tone rather than receiving the same stock face — and KarateShowCase can draw yours to resemble the instructor your students already know.
- And one for your staff. When a coach or administrator is signed in, the same Sensei answers from your roster, classes, events and leads. Small things, like a coaching note or a lead's next follow-up, it does straight away. Bigger changes, like an event, a class or the site message, it drafts, and nothing is saved until a person confirms. It has no way to delete anything, touch billing, grade, take attendance, send a message or change anyone's role.
